We offer a 1-year default insurance on all our sterling silver jewelry. This covers manufacturing faults or issues that result in breakage not caused by everyday use.

If you'd like extended peace of mind, you can purchase an additional year of coverage (2 years total).

• General wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnish, fading)

• Damage caused by improper storage, exposure to chemicals, water, or impacts

• Any issues due to lack of care or cleaning

As with any precious jewelry, responsibility for care and maintenance lies with the customer. We don’t replace items without reason – the issue must be clearly due to a fault, not external damage.
